Welcome to Nourish from Women’s Running. I’m passionate about the food I eat, and I expect a lot from it. Most importantly, I want it to taste good – otherwise, what’s the point of eating it in the first place? I also want it to fuel my body brilliantly so I’m powered up for every run. And I want it to give me strength inside and out, to help me dodge a billion bugs and to enable me to spin all these plates in that sort of effortless, swan-like way everyone on Instagram seems to do it.
I realise they don’t, obviously, but that’s not the point: I need a goal! So we’ve brought together some of our very favourite recipes, from weekend breakfasts to simple veggie suppers to inspire your cooking and to help keep you fit and strong. Every single one of them is absolutely delicious, I can vouch for that, and packed with nutrients to nurture you and your family. We’ve kept everything as simple and quick as possible because time is tight – it’s always tight - and, frankly, we’re hungry. Always hungry.
