STAR LETTER SEEING RESULTS
I’ve subscribed to Women’s Running for years. I’ve always found it a source of inspiration, whether I’m preparing for a marathon or attempting a 5K after a long break; whether I’ve been a size 12 or a size 16. I haven’t ever contacted the magazine, despite relating to many articles, about how running has helped with weight loss, stress management and grief. I’m writing to you now after I recently began a 30-day run streak. My motivation was to lose weight, combining a daily run with signing up for Weight Watchers. I was 16st on day one, and now (day 28) I’m 15st 5lbs, and I’m feeling the results in my legs and stomach.
