KITCHEN TREASURE
I bought this wooden garganelli board and rolling pin in Florence a few years back while I was on holiday with my girlfriend. Italy is our favourite country – we love the scenery, the food, the wine and the people. We loved it so much that we decided to get married in Puglia in southern Italy. At my restaurant, we use this board all the time to make various types of pasta – gnocchi and (of course) garganelli, as well as malloreddus, which is a classic Sardinian pasta shape. I wouldn’t be without it.
