About the shot: “On a frosty day in January, I decided to try and create some frozen bubble images. I made a mixture of water, washing-up liquid and a little glycerine and then ventured outdoors. Backlighting from the winter sun showed the patterns as the ice formed in the bubbles I placed on my hydrangea flower heads.”
