CERIAN JENKINS REALISES IT’S TIME TO UNLEARN SOME OF THEIR TOXIC BEHAVIOURS
“It’s hard to look in the mirror and see what we’re doing wrong”
As I’ve grown older, and especially since hitting 30 this year, I’ve started to take careful stock of my life. Getting a good night’s sleep has become an honoured priority in my household, and I can often be found curled up under the duvet by 9.30pm. My diet has changed dramatically, much to the chagrin of my still-fragile bank account. I’ve even been spending more time at the gym than I’m totally comfortable with – though in all honesty, that counts any time spent there. These formulaic life improvements have been relatively painless, and a complete walk in the park compared to some of the more intricate habits I’m finally confronting; namely, personal relationships.
