Another trailer, another mini-slice of classic Who.
Calling them trailers feels a bit reductive, though of course that’s exactly what they are – at the end of the day, they’re a marketing tool. But for me, they’re so much more. I’ve always felt that Doctor Who could be the UK’s answer to Disney’s Star Wars universe, and we could be telling a whole host of stories across four, five, 12 different shows. Each Blu-ray release is the opportunity for a brand-new Doctor Who spin-off, and that’s such an exciting prospect (albeit on a budget of 59p).
