DOOM'S DAY IS HERE!

It was a big year for epics… We had DWM’s Liberation of the Daleks and, starting in the summer leading up to the 60th anniversary, there was Doom’s Day. Chris McAuley gives us an overview of the mammoth multiplatform storyline.

TALES OF THE TARDIS

The 60th anniversary kicked off in style in September 2023 with Doctor Who at 60: A Musical Celebration – a live orchestral mix-tape of some of the greatest music ever composed for television – played where much of it was originally recorded, Cardiff’s Millennium Centre. With special guests aplenty, including a full complement of 21st century showrunners! Mike Jones relives the spectacular night and chats to one of the guest musicians, DWM’s very own Emily Cook!
