Hot honey old fashioned

2 tsp hot honey (see tip below)
1-2 dashes of bitters
60ml bourbon whisky
ice
strip of orange peel
dried chilli, to garnish (optional)
1 Put the honey, bitters and whisky in a tumbler. Stir to combine. Add a few ice cubes and stir until the outside of the glass is cold. 2 Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop into the cocktail. Garnish with a dried chilli, if you like.
