REVEALED: LICENCE CRISIS?
New Environment Agency rod licence changes have been universally welcomed, but anglers are furious that there’s been a huge printing cock up. Some Angler’s Mail readers have been waiting for over a month for their new rod licence to arrive, but there has apparently been “a technical issue” behind the scenes. The EA brought in a new three-rod licence for carp and specimen anglers for the first time. They now allow the licence to run for twelve months from when it's bought, rather than from April 1 to March 31. And they
have allowed twelve to sixteen's to have a free licence.
