SUMMER CARP TIPS: WORLD CHAMPS' FAB FIFTEEN SECRETS
Always make sure that you carry your floater kit with you in the weeks ahead. You will need a rod with light line as well as a small selection of controller floats for fishing at short-to-long range. We suggest a mixture of dog biscuits and floating trout pellets, ranging from small pellets to larger ones. This makes sure that the carp don’t get preoccupied on just one size of feed and ignore other offerings, and it also gives you more variety for your hook bait. Your hook bait could be a trimmed down pop-up boilie, a floating trout pellet, a dog biscuit, or a favourite of Billy’s a cork ball.
