An early rare Lowestoft teapot and cover and a pair of 19th century glass marriage tankards from York are just two of the highlights at the third annual York Antiques, Decoratives & Fine Arts Fair.
The event, at York Racecourse on Saturday and Sunday, June 10-11, is organised by Rose Antique Fairs. And as standholder numbers are increasing, the event is expanding over a second floor, says co-organiser Morgan Denyer.
“Last year we had 56 dealers and this year it looks as if there will be 62 dealers exhibiting and the only way we could accommodate the increase was by moving up onto the first floor mezzanine. We have 11 new dealers including Paul Buckley with early English glass and Bethany Horton of English Porcelain Online with 18th century porcelain,” he says
