TWO EDUCATION unions have warned of the impact on school staff and pupils of the recent Education Scotland findings, writes Neill Bo Finlayson.
With many aspects of Argyll and Bute’s education services graded ‘weak’, leadership and staff support were singled out as particularly poor. Failings in communication, ethos and values across the education service were pinpointed along with concerns relating to staff isolation and poor morale.
