THE SEA Change Festival is returning to the Cove Burgh Halls in Helensburgh on the weekend of June 23 to 25.

Sea Change is a summer weekend arts festival beside the sea on the Rosneath peninsula which celebrates the vibrant art scene in the area.

Being a communityled festival, Sea Change provides opportunities for people of all ages to participate in a variety of events and is primarily aimed at encouraging local residents to celebrate their own talents.
