Customers thanked as business moves on

MILK on the doorstep became a thing of the past last week as a Mid Argyll business stopped the traditional daily delivery.

Campbell’s Dairies has been delivering milk for 73 years, but the decision was made to stop the service under pressure from supermarket competition and changing shopping habits.

Contrary to localised rumours, though, the business itself is flourishing and has, in fact, spent a number of years in expansion.
