Bargains hunted

The Lamlash early years classes held a car boot sale and fundraising day at Arran High School on Sunday.

The sun shone and cars and stalls stuffed with bric-abrac did steady trade. In the canteen, there was face painting and other games for youngsters including a yucky dip. There was also a tombola, a book stall and other things to buy. Tea and coffee were also available, while the dads held a car wash in the grounds.
