A pensioner who fell in a council car park has vowed to fight on after she was refused compensation for her injuries.
Anne Hodge has been fighting North Ayrshire Council (NAC) since May after she fell in the car park near the Kinloch Hotel in Black waterfoot.
However, after a sixmonth fight, insurers for the council have refused to pay out, despite new barriers having been erected on the pavement where she fell. Now she is asking anyone else who may have fallen at the spot to come forward to assist her claim.
