Fun in the sun as riding club wraps up the summer season

As the Arran Riding Club winds up its summer season of events the club held a fun day at Glenkiln Farm

Last Thursday the club held an evening of show jumping and a cross-country course. The event was open to participants of all ages and abilities which ensured that there were a large number of entries taking part in the fun equestrian event.

The results of the jumping were as follows: Jump height 1 foot 9, 1 Lily Currie on Milo, 2 Niamh Gosman and Kirsty Morrison on Fred, 3 Kirsty Morrison on Pearl. Jump height 2 foot 3, 1 Holly Adamson on Prince, 2 Lily Currie on Missy, 3 Liz Kennedy on Diesel. Jump height 2 foot 9, 1 Isla Yuill on Velvet, 2 Ellis McKelvie on Bud, 3 Lori Young on Spirit.
