LAST MONTH, I hosted a panel discussion presented by Attitude at National Student Pride on the subject of sex and relationship education (SRE) in schools. Featuring Olly Alexander, Paris Lees and Stella Creasy MP, it was live-streamed on Huffington Post. (If you don’t know why we need SRE, search vice and Cliff Joannou for a few articles.
But I digress…) It was incredibly uplifting when three days after our event, education secretary Justine Greening announced that the government would finally be introducing compulsory SRE in all schools.
