Welcome to our Summer 2022 edition of Autostrada,
As our long awaited summer is finally upon us it’s great to finally see the car’s break out of hibernation and flock to attend the social functions around the city. We scheduled our first track day back in April and despite the unbearable cold weather we thank those of you who attended to this overwhelming turn out. Please mark your calendars for two special charity events that Autostrada will be attending this summer. Angelo Paletta & TNG Exotics is hosting Horse Power 4 Hospital in support of the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation taking place Saturday July 9th. in downtown Burlington. Steering for Steer Friends takes place on Saturday August 13th at the Markham Fairgrounds featuring this month’s cover story Dave Kindig of Kindig it Design! All proceeds will be supporting youth and adults with disabilities & complex care needs, we look forward to seeing you there and you might get an up close and personal glimpse of the Pesto GT3.

You may recognize our cover feature Dave Kindig from the successful TV show Bitchin’
Rides and the President of Kindig It design. Dave’s artistic ability and unique skill set has definitely designated him as one of the most sought after industry leader’s to truly craft one-of-a-kind customs from concept to completion. Dave’s philosophy and in depth approach has always been to connect with his clients during the build process and deliver on their wish list.
With anywhere from 15 to 20 plus builds in the works Dave and his team of 30 staff members and both his children have been successful in completing such various works of art from a V 12 twin supercharged 1958 Lincoln Continental to the latest RS/Kindig-It DeTomaso Pantera with a ferocious Coyote 5 liter engine as featured on the front cover. When asked what Dave’s favourite build is, his response is, “The next one”

See you in September.
