I have an incredible issue this month with a theme that will appeal to every carp angler young or old: the highlights of a lifetime of carp angling from this country’s most well loved and respected carp anglers who have astounded us with their dedication, effort and love of carp fishing since the very first Big Carp magazines 250 issues ago.

I cannot thank these guys enough for once again stepping up and giving us a personal look at what they consider to be the benchmarks of their illustrious carping lives. I have a star-studded lineup this month with articles and photos from the greatest anglers the UK has ever produced.

Those of us who have watched his career with interest over the years know different.
