A COOL, windy and mainly dry day greeted the Dunaverty members playing in the gents’ Stableford competition but only five players managed 40 points or better.
David MacBrayne, in company with Steve Garrett and Robert Irvine, put together an impressive gross score of 71 to give him a winning points total of 44 which was two clear of Alex Arkell and Danny Halliday. CSS for the day was 62.
