Coat of arms restoration tops off the Town Hall

Artist Nicola McFadyen repaints the Campbeltown Coat of Arms above the town hall door.

The repainting of Campbeltown’s coat of arms is the icing on the cake of the Town Hall restoration.

Thanks to Alex McKinven and the proprietors at the Feathers, £200 was raised to pay painter Nicola McFadyen and buy the specialist colours. In a further act of generosity, Lochgilphead’s Taylor & Wishart provided £800 of scaflolding, free of charge, and erected it to the enable the artist to start work.
