A DANISH hunter who caused the death of a Campbeltown man in 2013 by driving on the wrong side of the road has been admonished.
Stefan Hansen, 25, previously denied a charge of causing death by dangerous driving but was convicted of the lesser charge of careless driving by a high court jury last year.
He had driven a Mitsubishi 4x4 southbound in the northbound carriageway of the A83 near Kennacraig, before colliding head-on with a MacLeod’s minibus, killing driver Andy Rennie, 62, and injuring his 10 passengers.
