ARGYLL and Bute MP Brendan O’Hara has taken Scottish ministers to task for their rejection of the Creggan wind farm plan.
Mr O’Hara said: ‘Although I understand the reasons behind the decision of the Scottish government not to approve this particular project, as both a passionate believer in renewable energy and as someone who has made the economic regeneration of Argyll and Bute his overriding priority, I think it unfortunate that it will now not happen.
‘The harnessing of clean energy could be and should be one of the big contributors to not just the prosperity of Argyll and Bute but of Scotland as a whole.
