The New Year is the perfect time to make changes and to bring in the new, and the eagle-eyed amongst you might notice we’ve been busy behind scenes at Craft Stamper HQ, making a few tweaks to the magazine. Don’t worry - it’s still the same mag you love, but we’ve enhanced the look a little bit and we’ve also added some fab new features for 2013.

In this issue you’ll find the first of our new Ready, Set, Stamp! articles. Although we know readers love our in-depth tutorials we’ve been asked for more quick and simple makes too, and this new gallery is our answer to that plea. All the projects can be created in under thirty minutes, ideal for when you need a last minute card or you only have a few precious minutes of craft time available. The gallery also includes a handy cut-out-and-keep selection of card sketches.

Also in this issue we are introducing Distress to Impress, a new series on the popular Distress range of products from Ranger. I’ve kicked off with simple ink blending, and throughout the series we’ll aim to bring you lots of hints and tips on getting the most from these fabulously versatile products.

Keep an eye out for a few other new features starting in forthcoming issues, including a great set of articles on embossing techniques (some awesome ideas on the way in this one) and a one layer card series. Here’s to a happy and healthy 2013 for all!
