Craft Stamper  |  Craft Stamper - January 2014
Hello and Happy New Year! Christmas is over (well, by the time you get this issue, almost) and another year is about to begin. I imagine many of you are feeling the post-Christmas pinch so this issue we are bringing you some cheap and cheerful ideas that will help you stash pennies go a bit further. New contributor Riikka Kovasin shows you a great technique using kiddies crayons, Jaine Drake creates beautiful embellishments from fabric scraps and R. Maria Sabina shows you a stunning faux copper background made from (I kid you not!) used chewing gum wrappers! Plus breathe new life into your forgotten vellum stash (p.24) with Anna-Karin Evaldsson’s stunning winter designs.
As it’s a new year, we’ve also got some new features coming up for you! Our first, called Around the House, makes it’s debut this month. This article is all about using household objects in your art so it fits in well with our frugal theme. Also coming up we will be introducing some brand new talent to our Design Team. So watch this space! Happy New Year everyone!
