Hello! We are always getting requests for more cards and makes for the men in your lives, so this month we have dedicated a few pages to masculine makes, just in time for Father’s Day. Our Ready, Set, Stamp gallery features lovely ideas for quick men’s cards in a modern palette of kraft, red and barely black (p. 49) and Helen Chilton has designed some unusual gifts for the guys made from bisque clay tiles (p.78).

Amongst the more vintage tones of the men’s makes we have plenty of contemporary designs to tempt you too. Trish Latimer puts white alcohol ink mixative to good use, creating some stunning focal points for her ultra modern card designs (p.6) and guest designer Els Bridge shares some fresh, clean cards featuring a fantastic repeat stamping technique (p.66).

As always there are plenty of techniques to play with as well - try your hand at making your own felt stamps (p.28), faux decorative tape (p.24) and bespoke buttons (p.69). Enjoy!
