The world’s tallest Ferris Wheel looms large on London’s stroll-happy South Bank. Now a fixture for some 15 years it was the highest public viewing point in the city until the nearby Shard opened with its observation desk. Thirty million people have taken the London Eye ride, but much cheaper is to just take a photo.
