Do you ever wish you had a drag queen fairy godmother? Well, for some kids, that dream is now a reality, thanks to Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH).
Originally started by author and activist Michelle Tea in San Francisco, the event began as drag queens reading stories to children in libraries. The goal? To inspire a love of reading, while teaching deeper lessons on diversity, selflove and an appreciation of others.
