Ask anyone, and they’ll tell you just how much I loathe New Year’s resolutions. Resolve to join a gym, quit in March. Resolve to ditch takeaways, order a Deliveroo on New Year’s Day. New Year’s resolutions really grind my gears! That being said, I do truly believe that January marks a perfect time to form beneficial new habits. Habits that you practically and carefully plan out. Habitual changes which will involve making concerted eff orts to alter your old ways, using diaries, reminders and motivation techniques to remind you to stay true to your path throughout the New Year and beyond.
