I FOUND THE ARTICLE Make Your Lunchbox Work Harder (Feb issue) very useful. Since I’ve been buying HFG I’ve found generally eating more healthily easy, but I’ve struggled with lunches and often hit an afternoon slump.

I’m a regional sales manager, and combine sitting at a desk with being on my feet. Your prep-ahead time savers and the healthy lunch builder have been a big help. Sticking to your guidelines I’ve felt more energised, better focused and, above all, lost another 3lb!

I’ve changed my storecupboard staples to your suggested 12 items, so now I’m able to create healthy dishes. The lunch builder means when I’m not rushed I can give my lunches a little extra wow factor, but when time won’t permit the quick fixes are very tasty, too.
