TEENAGE ANGST

HELP! WE HAVE two teenagers and we’re fighting a battle over healthy eating, particularly when we’re out. It’s difficult to get them to choose healthy food over junk or processed food. Part of the problem is that meal deals, etc, promote the unhealthy options and the healthier options look unappetising or cost more. When I make healthy snacks they either don’t want to try them or don’t like them because they taste different when they’ve been transported. Have you got any ideas I could try? June, via email
