I’ve been going to Glow classes for exercise and healthy eating advice for two years, and part of my monthly payment includes HFG. I’ve lost 3st 4lb and 41in of unhealthy fat with the help of the classes, exercise and your great articles and recipes.

Then came the bombshell that my local classes were stopping at the end of November. And, as I was going on holiday for three weeks, I wouldn’t even be at the last class to get the latest HFG! I went online to subscribe and found it was half the price – bargain – but I still had to hunt down the November issue. Having been to every shop selling magazines in town, at last I found one to take on holiday – and what a great read on the plane.
