We’ve mapped out a weeknight menu that keeps a check on saturates, as well as delivering low-cal versions of favourites like skewers, burgers and pasta

Chicken skewers with stir-fried greens

500g skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into 2cm pieces 1tsp ground cumin 1tsp ground coriander 3 garlic cloves, crushed

2tsp olive oil Juice 1 lemon Spray olive oil 350g tenderstem broccoli, trimmed and stems halved

1 red pepper, thickly sliced 250g mangetout, trimmed and halved 2 x 250g packs ready-to-heat brown rice 2tbsp gluten-free sweet chilli sauce, to serve

1 Put the chicken pieces in a bowl with the cumin, coriander, garlic, 2tsp olive oil and lemon juice. Combine so the chicken is well coated.
