Watermelon and kiwi pops

Prep 15 min + freezing makes 8 gluten free dairy free vegan 500g seedless watermelon, peeled and chopped 3 kiwis, peeled, cut into 8 x 1.5–2cm slices (or the thickness of your lolly mould)

1 Put the watermelon in a food processor and blitz until smooth.

2 Put a kiwi slice into each of 8 lolly moulds. Pour over the watermelon purée, then insert sticks into the moulds and freeze until firm.
