1 CARROT TOPS

Rabbits certainly have the right idea! These feathery leaves (right) have a fresh but distinctly carrot-like flavour. Wash them well and blend with toasted nuts, olive oil, a little garlic and some lemon or orange juice for a delicious pesto. Great with roasted meats, fish and veg (especially – you’ve guessed it – roasted carrots).
