THE BEST LUNCH ORDER

I wanted to say a massive thank you for the Lunch special (September issue). Since I started working shifts for the NHS I’ve really struggled to eat healthily, as there’s no regular pattern to them and my eating has been all over the place. Your recipe feature made me sit up and take stock. As a shopping list was provided all I had to do was add in some main meal recipes and go shopping for what I didn’t have. For the first time in months, I’ve actually eaten healthily and enjoyed the food.
