A BALANCED DIET
I try to eat a lot of veggies and fruit and get at least ive a day, and because of the amount of training I do, I eat a lot of carbs. But the key thing for me is not neglecting treats. If I’ve done all the training I need to do, then I’ll allow myself a treat like chocolate or cake – I’ve got quite a sweet tooth!
