Davina McCall has been on our TV screens for an incredible 25 years, and as she gears up for her 50th birthday this October, the much-loved presenter looks to be in the best shape of her life. ‘I feel really good about my birthday,’ she smiles warmly. ‘I feel more settled in myself than I ever have and I’m much happier about turning 50 than I was about turning 40. I fibbed and told everyone I was fine with it, but I really wasn’t. Then once it was over I was like, “Oh, is that it?” We’re no longer defined by how old we are and how you feel is much more important.
