Monday to Friday, I’m a cereal or toast person, so home-made muesli or brown toast with peanut butter and banana or sliced apple. On the weekend, I’ll make sweet potato waffles topped with berries.

JENNA SAYS: The peanut butter helps balance James’s breakfast as the proteins and fats slow down the release of the sugars in the toast and fruit. Sweet potato waffles are a clever way to increase your vegetable intake. Sweet potatoes are rich in betacarotene, which plays a key role in eye health.
