While her advice can be hit and miss (vaginal steaming, anyone?), this time she’s on to something. Sleep expert Dr Nerina Ramlakhan agrees: ‘The goal is to achieve a deep sleep which leaves mind and body rejuvenated, leaving you happier and more positive when you wake.’ Here are Dr Ramlakhan’s steps for better quality sleep:
