Summer is a state of mind. With the longer, lighter, lazier days, everything – even choosing a salad over chips, going for a post-work swim instead of a prosecco – seems easier, less stressful. There’s less of a hurry to get home to a cosy bowl of something in front of your latest Netflix addiction.
As we move – slowly and reluctantly, but inevitably – further into the second part of the year, this issue looks at those healthy summer habits we can carry into the cooler months (see page 30). From being more adventurous, to having more fun with our partners, there are plenty of things we do on holiday that we could benefit from adding into our regular lives, too.
