We’re so excited to bring you the second issue of HomeStyle magazine. Thank you to everyone who has been in touch, it’s great to hear all of your wonderful stories and see that we’ve ignited your creativity and energy to transform your homes. It’s been a fun-packed month here in the HomeStyle offices, let me tell you! I stepped into the battlefield of The Great Upcycling Challenge for the first time; see the results on page 84 – then please vote for me in our little competition on Twitter! I also visited some amazing spaces this issue, including the inspiring home of seamstress and professional crafter Lisa Comfort (our cover girl this month, see page 16). Everywhere I turned there was another idea Lisa had cleverly designed – and always high on style yet tight on budget. The team’s been busy again tracking down even more high street bargains for you to snap up, just turn the page to get started.
