Bloody Muddy Scotland

WELL, WHAT CAN I SAY, except that yet again it’s been a whirlwind of a month.

We headed down to Stirling for our maiden visit attending the Bloody Scotland crime book festival.

Once again, Dad decided not to take the Stealth Camper, even though at last the rear number plate had arrived.

He said it was because it would be easier tae turn the Blazemobile into a ‘sleeper’ again, but if you want my opinion…it’s because he canna reverse wi’ a trailer, so he bottled it.

Just as well mind you as we would have missed out on lots of fun.

Once all that was over and done with, we of course did what we do best and sniffed out the bar

The reason being, that all the action was taking place in the middle of town and if we’d have had the camper, we would have been a few miles out….but as it happened, we managed a ‘sneaky in’ to the car park at the hotel right in the heart of the fun, found a quiet secluded corner and tucked ourselves out of the way there.

So….our first attended event was an opening photoshoot for the start of the festival and we welcomed aw the Harley Davidson bikers who starred in Lin Andersons previous book.

I came up wi’ the snappy photae title of Dogs & Hogs.
