UK’s only Jute Museum among regional winners at 2016/17 Thistle Awards

Scotland’s Jute Museum @ Verdant Works has been named best Visit Attraction for the Tayside, Central region at the 2016 Thistle Awards in Edinburgh. The 5 star attraction, which was refurbished back in 2015, wins the award for the very first time. Meanwhile, the National Museum of Scotland won the prize in the Edinburgh and Lothians region, whilst Mull Eagle Watch won the Innovation Tourism award in the highlands and Islands.
