IN THE hills behind Seamill in my native Ayrshire last week I watched bonnie wee lambs of different ages, some having been born back in January while others had just been born that day. They are delightful creatures to watch and, in Scotland, it’s hard to miss them. According to official Scottish Government statistics there are nearly 7 million sheep in Scotland.
