From Glorious Broth To Gracious Haggis

Music, travel, landscapes, literature and food have all been impressed upon us by our writers, poets, musicians and historians. But also, social reality, poverty, our needs for freedom, the fight against all kinds of slavery, revolutionary thought … We can find that in Scotland and in Galicia too through the voices and works of our respective National Bards: Robert Burns and Rosalía de Castro.
