There was a special guest on hand to present Sheila Cormack with her long service certificate in Dunnet Church in July. Prince Charles, the Duke of Rothesay, attended the service and made the presentation.

Sheila has been an elder at the church for over 30 years and has also served the Presbytery of Caithness, including as its first female convener of the Home Mission Committee, and was Presbytery Moderator for 2017-18. She has also been a member of the church Guild for about 45 years and president several times, as well as being part of Caithness Presbyterial Council.
