What Do I Get?

Two more Buzzcocks reissues…

A Different Kind Of Tension and Singles Going Steady are the latest Buzzcocks albums to get the reissue treatment from Domino on 14 June.

They follow the 40th anniversary reissues of Another Music In A Different Kitchen and Love Bites in January and the re-release of the band’s debut EP, Spiral Scratch and Time’s Up, a 1976 collection of demos, in March 2017.

Both third album A Different Kind Of Tension and seminal compilation Singles Going Steady were originally released in 1979, with the new 180g vinyl editions restored and remastered from the original ¼” tapes for the first time. They come packaged with eight-page booklets containing unseen images and extensive liner notes by Jon Savage and Clinton Heylin.
