Performance Mini

Autumn 2022 The Autumn issue of Performance MINI is packed full of awesome modded cars, starting with our cover feature. This incredible roof-chopped R53 is one of the most spectacular builds we've ever seen; it's a 420hp turbocharged 10-year labour of love that truly pushes the boundaries of modern MINI modding, and it will blow you away. And before you've managed to catch your breath, we're throwing the most powerful car we've ever featured at you, and in fact, it might just be the most powerful MINI in the world. This Greek R56 is pushing out an earth-shattering 614whp, and it's a brutal machine that eats supercars for breakfast. Elsewhere, we've got a seriously slick air-ride R55 Clubman, and this show-stopping build is packed full of individual touches that really set it apart, and it's got some serious flair. We've also got a lairy Liquid yellow R53 that was meant to be sold for a profit, but its owner quickly fell for its charms, and it became a full-on project, as well as a bold blue Cooper S that blends looks and performance into one eye-catching package. And we've also got an R53 buying and tuning guide, plus loads more besides!

Digital version photos are veeery low quality

I tried a new and modern way of purchase and got digital issue. My overall comment is - this is the last purchase. Text is not a problem, you can zoom in and read without any doubts. The biggest problem are pictures. All pictures are veeery low quality (resolution) and zooming in makes it..... Terrible.. these days with all portable toys this is a big mistake. Poor guality photos will make your purchase useless. Reviewed 03 November 2015
